Berlin Mission directions regarding accounts and returns. may withdraw from Colony involving sale by trustees of
Berlin property. Sale will be subject to Government
mortgage and existing Berlin foundlings will have to be
provided for out of the proceeds or by removal to China.
If sale by trustees to Government price can be fixed by
arbitration failing such sale Government could probably
sell under mortgage falling this Government could resume.
